Make sure the device is prepared and that you are sending the model described in your quote. Do not post a device with a swollen, leaking, overheating or damaged battery. Ask our team and the carrier for suitable handling guidance.
Protect it from movement
Use appropriate protective material and a sturdy box so that the device cannot move freely inside. Follow any additional packing requirements supplied by the carrier with your order.
Use the correct label
Attach the label for your trade-in and remove old postage labels from reused packaging. Do not send a parcel using an example label or a preview order reference.
Keep the handover record
Take it to a Post Office, obtain a receipt or acceptance scan, and keep the tracking reference. Tracked shipping is not the same as insured shipping: read the trade-in terms before sending anything.
